Direction of Use
Lentin Plus 1000 can be taken directly from the sachet or added into beverage.
For General Maintenance:
For the first 2 months, take 1 sachet daily, after meal. After then, consume 1 sachet on alternate days.
For Chronic Health Conditions:
Take 3 sachets daily after meal (1 sachet after breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the first 2 to 3 months, then reduce to 1 to 2 sachets daily depending on health condition.
