Return & Exchange Policy
All return and exchanges are subject to the approval of Luxxo Wellness team. Buyer may initiate the return process by communicating with Luxxo Wellness team. We only accept returns and exchanges for Faulty items.
We deeply apologise if you have received a faulty item.

    1. If you have received a faulty item, please get in touch with the customer representative you have dealt with or email us at enquiry@luxxogroup.com with supporting images within 48 hours of receiving your item.
    2. Products must be in its original purchase condition - item must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
    3. Products purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set.
    4. Buyer shall ensure that the purchased Products is returned to Luxxo Wellness no later than 10 calendar days from the time Luxxo Wellness accepted the return request.
    5. Luxxo Wellness will make the exchanges once the returned Products has been received.

    All returned Products must be shipped in its ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED via PosLaju, GDex, DHL or equivalent standard courier company, to the following address:

    Liability of Return Shipping Fee

      1. In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the Luxxo Wellness’s end (i.e – damaged, faulty or wrong Products delivered to the Buyer), Luxxo Wellness will bear Buyer’s return shipping fee.
      2. In the scenario where both Luxxo Wellness -Buyer disputing the party liable for the return shipping fee, Luxxo Wellness at its sole discretion will determine the party liable for the return shipping fee.
